If you have a specification or a working prototype and you are moving into volume production, yes. The same applies if you are already in production and moving away from a supplier who cannot hold quality or cannot be trusted with your design. What we turn down: projects with no specification yet, small quantities of off-the-shelf goods, and copies of someone else’s product. If you are not sure, send the drawings and volumes you have and we will tell you either way.

Clothing and footwear, cosmetics and skincare, supplements and chemicals, jewellery, food and perishables, pharmaceuticals, and dropshipping models. Medical devices are worth a distinction: we take on medical device development, but we do not manufacture regulated medical devices.

Three separate things, worth keeping apart. Engineering and development work is a professional service, scoped and quoted against your specification. Production is quoted per unit against materials, tolerances, and volume, so there is no price list. And production programmes typically start from USD 10,000 in order value, which is the size of the order rather than a fee we charge. Reviewing your brief and telling you whether it is a fit costs nothing. Everything past that point is scoped and quoted.

It depends on the product, and anyone quoting a timeline before seeing a specification is guessing. Complexity, tooling, and certification requirements drive it. Your Route to Market Plan sets firm dates before money is committed to production.

An agent books space in someone else’s factory and a marketplace sells you a listing. We are vertically integrated: one team takes your product from DFX and tooling through assembly, inspection, and warehousing, on a single site we run ourselves. That means the engineer who spots a design problem is the one who has to build it, so it gets solved before tooling rather than after the first batch. It also means enforceable NDAs under British ownership, and a facility designed around IP protection rather than one that merely tolerates it.

We assess fit and reply to most enquiries within 24 hours. If it looks like a fit, we review the project in detail and issue an NDA where needed, then set up a call to confirm fit before we come back with a proposal. If it is not a fit, we say so rather than waste your time. All work runs under a paid engagement.
