MULTI-SUPPLIER ORDER CONSOLIDATION

Consolidate multi-supplier orders into one managed shipment.

Your suppliers across China and Asia deliver to our secure Zhuhai facility. We verify, repack, and combine everything into a single efficient container, with one set of paperwork and one accountable partner.

What order consolidation covers.

Shield Works provides consolidation services for orders from suppliers across China and Asia. Multi-source deliveries arrive at our secure Zhuhai warehouse in the Greater Bay Area, where they are logged against your packing lists, optionally quality-checked, repacked into your branding, and combined from multiple LCL deliveries into a single FCL container with managed export documentation.

This is the service for goods arriving from several different suppliers. For storing and shipping goods that are already yours, including what we manufacture for you, see warehousing and 3PL services.

Why Consolidate

Many suppliers should not mean many shipments.

Sourcing from several suppliers is often the right product decision and the wrong logistics outcome: every factory shipping independently to your home market means stacked freight bills, repeated customs entries, and no one checking the goods before they cross the ocean.

Routing everything through Shield Works turns that scatter into one managed flow: verified at our door, repacked to your channels, and dispatched as a single container with one point of accountability.

Why Choose Shield Works

Built for brands buying from more than one factory.

One hub, many suppliers

A central processing point in China

If you buy from multiple suppliers across China and Asia, shipping each order home independently multiplies freight cost and admin. Routing everything through our Zhuhai facility turns many small shipments into one managed flow.

LCL into FCL

Container economics, restored

Multiple LCL (less than container load) deliveries are consolidated into efficient FCL (full container load) shipments, cutting per-unit freight cost and reducing the number of customs entries you manage.

QC before combining

Catch supplier problems at the door

Optional incoming inspection verifies each supplier delivered to specification before goods are combined, so one bad batch does not ride to your market inside a good container.

Repacking & kitting

Arrive as products, leave as your brand

Supplier packaging is broken down and items are re-kitted into your retail bundles, custom packaging, or channel-specific cartons before dispatch.

Labelling & compliance

Channel-ready before it ships

Amazon FBA labels, retail barcodes, and regional compliance stickers are applied at the warehouse, so goods land ready for the shelf or the fulfilment centre.

Managed dispatch

Loading and customs, handled

Container loading is supervised and documented on site, with export and customs documentation managed by the same team that received the goods.

Frequently Asked

Order consolidation, answered.

Is order consolidation the same as your warehousing service?

No, and the difference is where the goods come from. Order consolidation is for goods arriving from several different suppliers, which we receive, check, repack and combine into one container. Warehousing is for goods that are already yours, including the products we manufacture for you, held in stock and shipped as you need them. Many clients use both: suppliers consolidate into the same building that stores the finished line. See warehousing and 3PL services.

What is order consolidation?

Order consolidation means routing deliveries from your different suppliers across China and Asia into one warehouse, where they are checked, repacked, and combined into a single shipment. Instead of paying for several small LCL shipments and managing multiple customs entries, you ship one efficient container with one set of paperwork.

How much can consolidation save on freight?

It depends on your volumes and supplier spread, but combining several LCL shipments into one FCL container typically cuts per-unit freight cost substantially while reducing handling damage and administration. We scope the saving against your actual supplier list before you commit.

Can you check the goods before combining them?

Yes, and we recommend it. Optional incoming inspection verifies each supplier delivered to specification before goods are combined, so a defective batch is caught at our door rather than discovered in your market. More on quality inspection and testing.

Can you repack goods into our retail packaging?

Yes. Supplier packaging is broken down and items are re-kitted into your retail bundles, custom boxes, or channel-specific cartons, with FBA labels, barcodes, and compliance stickers applied as needed.

Do my suppliers need any special arrangement to deliver to you?

No. We provide delivery instructions and coordinate arrival windows directly with your suppliers, then log every delivery against your master packing list and flag discrepancies immediately.

How long can goods be stored between shipments?

As long as your consolidation cycle needs. Goods sit in secure, monitored storage while the container load builds, with storage scoped and priced against your volumes. See warehousing and 3PL services.
