Shield Works Fitness, a division of Shield Works Precision Manufacturing, develops, manufactures, and assembles custom OEM fitness equipment and strength training products for global brands.
We operate from an ISO-certified, British-owned facility in Zhuhai, China, with an on-site gym for product testing and the C2W Group's 20 years of China manufacturing experience behind every build.

Design for manufacturing (DFM/DFMA)

Mass production & assembly

What is the minimum order value?
Projects typically start from USD 10,000 in order value, from initial production runs through to large-scale repeat orders. The line is scaled to your order profile rather than a fixed unit minimum.
How long does production take?
Timelines vary with complexity, and are set in your project timeline at the consultation stage.
Do you support electronics and smart fitness products?
Yes. A dedicated ESD-controlled electronics assembly room on site handles PCB assembly, sensor integration, and app-connected fitness equipment. More on our assembly capability.
Can you help design a product from scratch?

We look at your product and requirements, assess fit, and reply to most enquiries within 24 hours.
