Working With Us
We manufacture and assemble custom products for Western brands at our own ISO-certified, IP-protected facility in Zhuhai, China. OEM manufacturing, precision assembly, quality inspection, supply chain management, and warehousing run under one roof, under British ownership and management. See all services.
Agents and marketplaces connect you to other people’s factories; we run the facility your product is built in. That means one accountable partner, enforceable NDAs under UK ownership, dual-layer quality control, and a building designed around IP protection.
Anyone from solo founders and funded start-ups to established brands and multinational corporations. Company size matters less than the project itself. We prioritise products with clear goals and a realistic path to mass production, where we believe our engineering, facility and quality control add real value. If we cannot see that, we tell you at the review stage.
Yes. Named client case studies are public, and client references are shared with qualified businesses on request, within our confidentiality agreements. Read the case studies.
We can help, but we do not invent products. Bring a clear concept: sketches or reference products, what it must do, a target cost and a development budget. Our engineers then turn it into a manufacturable design through DFM, prototyping and testing. If you already have a design team, we work alongside it. See product development.
We run manufacturing, quality control and logistics, but you stay the decision-maker. Design approvals, golden sample sign-off and payments come to you, and a project moves faster when those decisions come back quickly.
We do not run a fixed minimum order quantity, but projects typically start from USD 10,000 in order value, and most custom engagements run well beyond that. If you are looking for a handful of units to resell, we are not the right fit.
No. Sourcing, development, sampling, and inspection work are professional services and are charged. Sample production involves real material, labour, and setup cost. Reviewing your brief and telling you whether it is a fit costs nothing. Everything past that point is scoped and quoted.
No. We do not support counterfeiting or copying protected designs, and we do not manufacture for brands we cannot verify. OEM manufacturing of your own legitimate design is welcome.
Clothing and footwear, cosmetics and skincare, supplements and chemicals, jewellery, food and perishables, pharmaceuticals, and dropshipping models. Medical devices are worth a distinction: we take on medical device development, but we do not manufacture regulated medical devices. If your product is an engineered, multi-component consumer or industrial good, you are in the right place. See the industries we manufacture for.
We assess fit and reply to most enquiries within 24 hours. If it looks like a fit, we review the project in detail and issue an NDA where needed, then set up a call to confirm fit before we come back with a proposal. If it is not a fit, we say so rather than waste your time. All work runs under a paid engagement.
IP & Quality
Yes. We sign an NDA before you share drawings or detailed specifications, and it is signed with a British-owned and managed company. Share only what the review needs at first; full files follow once the project is confirmed.
By structure, not promises: a 4-layer physical security model, black-box workflows where operators see only their own task, supplier isolation so no vendor receives the full design, and absolute separation between client projects. See the full model.
No honest manufacturer can guarantee that, and you should be wary of any that does. What we can show is a facility engineered so that theft is structurally impractical, binding NDAs signed with a British-owned and managed company, and legal registration support through our IP partner. We minimise the risk to the practical floor. See IP registration services.
No manufacturer can guarantee zero defects. What we run instead is dual-layer quality control: our internal incoming, in-process, and final inspection, then independent verification by a C2W Group engineer who reports directly to you. Nothing ships on a fail without your sign-off. See quality inspection and testing.
It stays in the facility. The defects are documented, the affected units are reworked or replaced, and the batch is re-inspected against the approved golden sample. The C2W Group engineer reports the findings to you directly, and nothing ships on a fail without your sign-off. Catching a problem in Zhuhai, not after the goods have landed with you, is the point of inspecting before shipment.
Yes: ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental), and ISO 45001 (health and safety), plus a SEDEX SMETA 4-Pillar ethical audit. Certificates are available on request and independently verifiable. See all certifications.
Yes. We build to the schemes your target markets require, such as CE, FCC, UL, CPSIA and RoHS, and coordinate testing through accredited third-party labs. Testing and certification fees are paid by the client, because the certificate belongs to your product. Tell us your markets at the start so compliance is designed in rather than tested in at the end.
Yes, by prior arrangement. Every visit is scheduled and approved in advance and runs under our access protocols, and procurement audits are arranged the same way. Take the online facility tour to see it first.
Commercial & Logistics
No. We are a custom manufacturer, not a trading company: every product is quoted against its specification, materials, and volumes. If you need off-the-shelf goods in small quantities, a marketplace will serve you better.
No. Manufacturing requires upfront investment in materials and production, so projects run on agreed payment milestones, not post-delivery terms. We help structure those milestones fairly.
No. We are accountable for building your product to specification, on schedule and to the agreed quality. Whether it sells depends on design, pricing, marketing and demand, and those sit with you.
Yes, and we recommend it. The R&D zone has workshop benches and 3D printing for rapid concept validation, with tooling, prototyping and pilot runs before mass production. Prototype costs are quoted before any work starts, and the approved golden sample becomes the reference every production unit is inspected against. See product development.
It depends on the product. A typical path runs from project review through DFM, prototyping, tooling and pilot runs into mass production. Once we have assessed your specification, your Route to Market Plan sets a realistic timeline before money is committed, and if your target date is not achievable, we tell you.
Usually not without cost. Once tooling is cut and production is running, a change means new tooling, delays or scrapped parts. That is why the design is frozen when you approve the golden sample, and changes are made before that point.
Yes. Freight across air, sea, and rail through established forwarders, customs documentation, FBA preparation, and warehousing at the facility. We ship in bulk to your warehouse, 3PL or Amazon; we do not ship individual orders to your customers. See warehousing and 3PL services.
Tariffs change often, so we give product-specific guidance rather than blanket promises: country-of-origin considerations and a transparent landed cost, so duty is part of the numbers before you commit. If tariffs make China the wrong origin for a product, the C2W Group runs separate sourcing programmes in India and Vietnam. Import duties, taxes and destination compliance remain the importer’s responsibility, so tell us your market’s requirements at the start.
Yes, we do this regularly: existing products transition into the facility with re-tooling, process improvement, and design updates as needed, scheduled to avoid interrupting your supply.
Yes, and earlier is better. Many campaign delays start with a production plan that was never realistic, so we check your cost estimate, lead times and supply plan before you commit dates to backers, then take the design through DFM, tooling and production. See crowdfunding manufacturing.
Yes, through the group. C2W Group teams in India and Vietnam source and manage suppliers across the region, with the same Western management standards. See the C2W Group.
