Who We Are
The hardest part of electronics manufacturing is not placing components on a board. It is coordinating the dozens of suppliers and parts behind a finished device while keeping the design, the firmware, and the launch confidential. That is the problem Shield Works was built around.

Multi-component integration
Consumer electronics are multi-supplier, multi-component products by nature: boards, sensors, batteries, displays, enclosures, packaging. We source through the C2W Group’s 550+ vetted suppliers, inspect every part on arrival, and integrate the finished device in-house.

A dedicated electronics zone with built-in ESD protection and real-time environmental monitoring runs SMT, through-hole, and final device assembly to a documented standard.
